Our services
MetaShield provides account assessment, recovery-support and protection-monitoring services for social media and advertising accounts. We help prepare and submit appeals and reviews through official platform channels — we do not control or guarantee platform decisions.
No guarantee of outcome
Account recovery outcomes depend on the platform's own review process. We do not guarantee that any account will be restored, and we do not claim to make accounts immune from future enforcement. "Protection" refers to proactive risk reduction, not exemption from platform policy.
What we require from you
You agree to provide accurate information and only documents you're legitimately entitled to share. You will never be asked to share your account password, and you should never provide it to us or anyone claiming to represent us.
Payments
Fees for assessments, recovery cases and protection subscriptions are set out at the time of purchase. Complex cases are assessed first and quoted before work begins.
Independent service
MetaShield is an independent account-support service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or any other platform, unless explicitly stated.
